The most common signals we receive are burglary, panic, electric fence activation and power failures. We also monitor various other equipment such as CCTV and various guard monitoring systems. Our vehicles are all equipped with live satellite tracking which helps us with control and logistics. They are also dedicated to their areas allowing for quicker response times. When the signal is received, the control room will contact the reaction officer and confirm that he is proceeding to the premises. The control room will contact you on your preferred contact number. If it is a false alarm, you will be required to quote your cancellation code or password. If the controller is not entirely satisfied with your response the vehicle will continue en-route and deal with the situation accordingly.

Our team also conduct integrity tests on our existing sites where all security processes are tried and tested. If this team cannot breach your site, no criminal will be able to. NNN SECURIT SERVICES is a high quality, quick response, guarding and security service that helps protect people and property. This helps reduce liability while it promotes safety and peace of mind. We present a high visibility profile, with marked patrol vehicles and professional uniforms, which in and of themselves are a deterrent. We back up with internal policies and procedures so that you are assured that all situations are handled in the best possible way. Highly experienced field supervisors are in communication with the security officers throughout each shift to make spot checks to see that the client’s properties are being properly checked. Our own radio dispatch Centre is staffed 24/7 hours a day by trained communications specialists to immediately give support and assistance to officers in the field. RECRUITMENT & TRAINING: The main target of this unique training is to prepare our security personnel for protective operations in an environment where public safety is paramount. Our training center is SASSETA accredited.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING CENTRE: We hand select only the best from the industry. Each and every new applicant undergoes the following pre-vetting process: Criminal fingerprint check – provincial and national. Credit check. Fitness test. Aptitude test which includes reading and writing skills. Reference checks. Voice stress analysis to confirm that there is no criminal intent. Interview with the Area Manager. PSIRA registration confirmation.-

OUR PROCESS: Our obstacle course ensures that only the physically and mentally fit make it to the next stage of training.

All candidates attend classroom training. Dependent on the site requirements, each SO receives training on a different classroom model over and above our company’s code of conduct and standard site procedures. These may include but not be limited to: Hospitality and concierge servicesAction drills on site e.g. bomb threats, fire on site, missing children etc Survival swimming training Regulation 21 firearm training and refresher courses Conflict management Telephone etiquette Access control protocol Effective Patrolling Fault finding Report writing Dog handling.

If there is a problem but you are still able to communicate with the controller, please indicate clearly what the emergency is. The controller will then dispatch the appropriate reaction team. If you know that the activation is a false alarm, don’t wait for our controllers to contact you, please contact our control room to cancel. Upon arriving at your premises, the reaction officer will attempt to gain access. We recommend that if your perimeter wall has an electric fence or there is no obvious access point, you should install a digital keypad and advise our control room of the code.

Should you require an access control pad our security consultants will gladly assist, they are fairly inexpensive. Once on the property the reaction officer will check the house doors and windows for forced entry. If the situation is under control, he will contact the control room and leave the premises. Should this not be the case the necessary action will be taken. Whenever you contact the control room, please always identify yourself by giving the controller your name and then your address. Once the controller has identified the correct premises on our system, they will be able to help deal with your call.

It is very important that you test your system often, we would recommend this be done at least once a month. Remember to contact our control room first and cancel the reaction by giving the controller your cancellation code. Please do not test during peak hours when people are opening or closing their homes. Furthermore, during adverse weather conditions all control rooms are inundated with false alarms, please do not test your system under these conditions
